I scheduled a service request on that day and they were onsite within two business days. The technician Umesh was excellent. Great customer service skills, very friendly, talked me through everything, did further inspection and advised our thermostat was not working correctly - which I expected as the on/off button feel off, as well the casing on the chip and a small cooper wire - so I knew he was being honest. He was able to replace the thermostat while on site and even offered us a discount. I know some neighbours have also used their services related to actuator replacements and were very happy. It’s my first experience with Sychem and it has been extremely positive”
