Skipper ball

  • What in the world is a skipper ball you ask? Well, this weird looking tool connects to our powerful compressors and assists in loosening up the dirt thats colllected within the dryer duct.

  • They have tiny little jetter’s and are thin and flexible, so we can navigate through the smallest of ducts, freeing up lint that gets stuck on the side of your ducts.

  • Lint plus moisture equates to clogged ducts. This is a good friend in the cleaning process.

Lint trap

  • We all know of the primary lint trap that comes with the dryer, but in condominiums there is a secondary lint trap that accompanies your dryer system.

  • Cleaning it every 1-2 months will help with preventing build up of lint in your booster fan and ducts resulting in efficiently drying your clothes

Booster Fan Motors

  • Condominiums have longer duct runs then a house due to the location of your washer and dryer

  • The default motor is not enough to exhaust the moisture from your wet clothes outside

  • Booster fan’s help to move the moisture and heat outside

  • When performing duct cleaning our technicians will remove and clean fan motors (if accessible), this will increase the life span of your motor and ensure more efficiently drying your clothes
